Caribbean Court of Justice sets aside a long sentence and encourages the Court of Appeal to establish sentencing guidelines in sexual offences cases.
The Caribbean Court of Justice in an historic judgment of the full Bench of seven judges delivered by E Court during Covid 19 pandemic strongly urged the Guyana Court of Appeal to establish sentencing guidelines.
